Terms and Conditions of Waitlist

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your email address to the Detail Suite waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms relate solely to your participation in the pre-launch waitlist and the secured Lifetime Discount.

2. The Lifetime Discount Commitment

The Lifetime Discount offers successful waitlist members the promotional pricing advertised on the landing page (either $19/month for Basic or $29/month for Pro) for the entire duration of their continuous subscription to Detail Suite.

• Eligibility: The discount is secured upon successful submission of the waitlist form.
• Rate Lock: The discounted rate will be locked in for your specific account and will apply to the selected plan (Basic or Pro) when you activate your subscription after launch.
• Termination: The Lifetime Discount is contingent on **continuous subscription**. If your subscription is canceled, suspended for non-payment, or downgraded and subsequently upgraded, the discount may be forfeited, and re-subscription will be at the prevailing standard rate.
• Limit: This is a limited-time offer, and Detail Suite reserves the right to close the waitlist and end the discount offering at any time without notice.

3. Waitlist and Launch Process

Submission to the waitlist does not constitute an agreement for services, and no payment is required at the time of sign-up. Your submission reserves your place in line to be notified upon launch.

• Notification: We will notify you via the email address provided when the Detail Suite application is ready for subscription.
• No Payment Required: You will not be charged anything for joining the waitlist. Payment details will only be requested when you choose to activate your subscription post-launch.
• Service Availability: Detail Suite makes no guarantee as to the exact launch date of the product.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and current information during the waitlist sign-up process, specifically a valid email address that you regularly monitor. Detail Suite is not responsible for notification failures due to incorrect or inactive email addresses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, functionality, and features of the Detail Suite website and application are the exclusive property of Detail Suite and are protected by international copyright laws. Your participation in the waitlist does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
